The main tasks of the «UzVC» National Venture Capital Fund :

• Development of the venture capital investment market;
• Improving the regulatory framework of the venture ecosystem;
• Acting as an agent between the private sector and the government;
• Development of the business incubation and acceleration system;
• Improving financial literacy in venture financing;

Along with the principle of venture funds, «UzVC» is engaged in financing startup projects with the condition of equity participation on the basis of a bilateral agreement.

«UzVC» carries out its activities guided by the strategy of the Fund of Funds, which implies co-financing projects in partnership with a private venture investor.
